Featuring a specialized flat seat with a permanent gasket, it eliminates the need for standard nylon or fiber washers, ensuring a 100% gas-tight seal with every tank swap. Constructed from high-purity brass for industrial durability.
Technician's Note: Use high-quality PTFE (Teflon) tape on the 1/4" NPT threads when attaching the nipple to the regulator body. Hand-tighten the hex nut onto the CO2 tank (CGA-320) valve first, then use a CO2 wrench for a final 1/4 turn. Inspect the flat gasket for any nicks or debris before connecting to ensure a leak-proof seal. This assembly restores factory-spec performance to leaking or damaged regulator inlets.
